The Mid-America Healthcare Executives Forum is the local American College of Healthcare Executives Chapter that serves over 200 professionals in the Central/Southern Illinois Region. The group sponsors a luncheon lecture series which attracts healthcare executives and other professionals from throughout Central/Southern Illinois. Speakers at past luncheons have included the Chairman and the President/CEO of ACHE, the ACHE District Governor and Regent, and the Command Surgeon of US Transportation Command and Air Mobility Command from Scott Air Force Base, as well as nationally known consultants.

Annually the group conducts an advancement seminar to encourage and assist members with preparing for both the ACHE Board of Governors Exam and their Fellowship projects. The membership also supports and participates in several charitable events throughout the region, and has awarded four scholarships to college students in health administration programs at local universities.

Membership is free of charge to ACHE affiliates and is open to all healthcare professionals in the Central/Southern Illinois area.
